The Mozilla project is a global community of people who believe that openness, innovation, and opportunity are key to the continued health of the Internet. The community has worked together since 1998 to ensure that the Internet is developed in a way that benefits everyone. As a result of the community’s efforts, Mozilla has distilled a set of principles that are critical for the Internet to continue to benefit the public good. These principles are contained in the Mozilla Manifesto.
More important Mozilla is a free software community best known for producing the Firefox web browser .
In addition to the Firefox browser, Mozilla also produces Firefox Mobile, the Firefox OS mobile operating system, the bug tracking system Bugzilla and a number of other projects.
Here at Open Labs we are doing a series of activities in order to localize all the Mozilla projects and promote them in the country.
The Firefox and Thunderbird release party was only the first step of an continuous effort of creating, maintaining and developing the Mozilla Albania community.
